    can you help ?
pingu, this was your question, wasn't it?

Forgive me but, no, it's not F or Am, etc, it's what it says - Bm7 to E7b9. That's a Bm then slide it up a minor 3rd to Dm. That'll give you the E7b9 sound. The BbM7 is also a Dm sound so you're already there.

It's not difficult. Of course it's not simple if you want something 'dead jazzy' and all that. All right... At the most, play the Bm sound* and then use F melodic minor over the E7. That's nice too.

Or you could even play Ab mel m over the E7.

Or Gm pentatonic for an altered sound.

The rest of the tune is more important soloing-wise. That turnaround is interesting!

    * Why is everyone avoiding the Bm sound? That's the chord. Valle himself plays it in your video. It's the E7b9 sound that's far more vital. Faria in your vid is very nervous of it. The second time round he covers his nerves by playing something flash that doesn't hit the chords at all. No, play the Bm with brazen confidence and then decide what you want to do with the E7.

Can't help you more than that. Don't practice mistakes. Good luck.
