Here is my 1956 Gibson L7CN For sale. It includes a rhythm chief 1100 pick up from the 1960s mounted by a stick. Guitar is all original except for the pick guard set ups. I have three set ups one is acoustic, second is a Lollar blade Charlie Christian style pick up, And then the 1100 rhythm chief. Asking $6899 shipped domestic net to me.
Some light scratches and dings, but absolutely crack free. Frets are good and playable, but on the last crown. This is likely an update the next owner will need to do some time down the line.
Nice guitar but you want the same price as Reverb. You might do the forum a favor and give them a break if you sell it through the forum, you don't pay any fees.
A bump for a great vintage setup. Guitar is clean and great shape vintage pickup setup is solid and versatile. Knock $800 off is you don’t want the pickup.
Well, general rules apply, usually. And then there are the exceptions.
I bought a Danelectro 7 string guitar. You'd think that the p/ups they used on this model would accommodate 7 strings,...
Parker's bridges are generally hollow. He removes most of the wood inside it to make it as light as possible, since he thinks heavy bridges affect vibration. A bridge that high that he made would...
That's why I'm saying I don't really think it's voodoo - meaning some weird fault in the pup itself. Pups don't disfavor certain strings, it's only the distance from the string to pole, and the mass...
My concern is the 400 is a Norlin era model and has been stamped “2nd”…
this could be my forever guitar but in the case of trade options or sale there might be a depreciation.
Lovely guitar in all...
In appearance there was no change but as both pups don't have pole screws I suppose the slugs could generally be deeper into the AZ cover but that would affect all strings.
That's funny. I bought a 2006 AF86 in January (it's a predecessor of your AF95) that still had the foam strip under the bridge! As noted in this thread it was in serious need of a proper setup but...
Maybe the rules vary by country: in Canada certificates are only required for import or export. The permit is to be applied for by the Canadian exporter or importer respectively.

The Super 400 CES is just marvellous- I would urge you to play one if you get the chance. Magisterial and utterly accomplished. Effortlessly great.
For me, the trick is to play it...
I like the sound of the tweeter in my Genzler, but I do turn it down 15% when playing a Heritage Mimi Fox through it. With my Acoustic guitar, though, I level it out. BTW, I generally lurk in the...
All I did with this guitar was lower the neck pickup a bit and tune the strings down a step to make it easier for me to play. Other than that I haven't even taken the tags off or removed the little...
George Benson / Pat Metheny style 2-5-1, using ghosting instead of inside/outside picking
There have been a ton of discussions on the guitar forums about how to handle playing cross picking...
