PRICE DROP $9999
I’ve got this listen on reverb but prefer to sell in the family.
As Gibson's flagship jazz guitar, the L-5 is a great guitar that was used in many famous recordings. The magnificent and majestic sound of the 25.5" scale and 17" body is a masterpiece that can be said to be the pinnacle of jazz guitars.
A beautiful arch that combines luxury and style. The lustrous sound that comes out of the top body is excellent with jazz/blues. You can enjoy the finest sound that only L-5CES has.
The truss rod is functioning properly, and the neck is in good condition.
There is some wear on the frets, but 95% of the frets remain.
There are light scratches and some dings from use but no cracks. The gold parts are slightly faded and cloudy over time. The nut is replaced with ivory material, the capacitor is replaced with an original Bumblebee "400V/0.022?F" from the 1950s, and everything else is original.
Although there are slight scratches such as scratches, it is a beautiful item in excellent condition that shows that it has been treated with care.
Accessories: genuine 90s Gibson Brown hardshell case (shown in last photo), certificate of authenticity, documents, case key.

I have bought gear from this seller and I can say that any would be buyer can buy with confidence. A better seller cannot be found. This is about as iconic an archtop as there is (I own a Blonde L-5CES myself). I suspect that in the years to come, the buyer of this guitar will feel that this will have been a great move and the seller will have some regrets.
I would wish the seller a hearty GLWTS, but my advice is to keep this one.
