Can't listen to the new stuff when there's still stuff like this around.

I know that record, it's hard to believe someone that recorded w Django is still alive.

Here you can get the Blue Ray disk and the cd from the concert that followed the rehearsal. Both with Wes.

I may be in the minority here, but everything on my Apple iPhone, which I use with Apple CarPlay, is from ‘55 to’67. There’s enough jazz there to keep anyone busy for a lifetime.

I recently acquired Miles remastered Prestige recordings which he hurriedly knocked out over a very short period in order to release himself from his contract so he could sign with Columbia. It’s some of the best recordings ever made and I for one am grateful for a remastered version of these recordings. A plus is a booklet from the recordings much like was done for KOB.

Forgot about this recording. Nice interplay between two top notch musicians.
