    Rey apparently had a wider neck installed by Gibson so that explains the headstock.

    That nut looks huge! The strings seem almost parallel.

    Side note: someone just bought his '35 Super 400 from Joe V for some serious $$. The listing is near the bottom of the instrument page under 'On Hold/Sold'. Another impressive instrument played by Alvino.
