I recently discovered Greg Skaff. I really love his playing so thought I would post a link here.

Yet another gifted player I haven't run into before. Not really surprising given where I live, but really goes to show what I've know for a long long time: there are a lot of very talented musicians in the world. Discovering new-to-me stuff is one of the best things about hanging here.

Nice take on this tune. I like the pace. I think my tastes are changing since Wayne's version dropped, though I listen to that quite a lot these days.

Great swinging player! I met him at a jam session in the city, where he played rhythm guitar great with a drummer who I found very difficult to play with. He was with Stanley Turrentine for a long time.
