Hi !
I wanted to share it.
He speaks the truth. (and for what it’s worth, the worksheet is because it’s even a bit harder to explain when you get into the particulars haha)
A few more, from French (!) composer Maria Linnemann: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXzDoqCjBlM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yAj8UB0urzE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YDb_tVevNqk ...
Very best wishes Rob and thank you for all your inpout and sharing. David
Reviving this old thread: the Bonfa/Manha de Carnaval arrangement linked to above is by Noriyasu Takeuchi, from his book Bossa Nova & Latin Pieces for Guitar Solo. It's out of print from what I...
There are like 5-10 venues that come up when I search jazz on Google maps. Comparing it to where I live, that’s a jazz utopia. I’ll reach out to that music store. Hopefully they know who a local...

I don't know if one is better than the other, but I like the extra access to higher frets on my Campellone EP.
I don’t know Bham that well, but here is what I am aware of from visiting a buddy who lives there. Avondale brewery has a small club upstairs and a big lawn-like outdoor venue, took the wife to see a...
Wow, Mr. MacKillop has published a lot of books, I count over 2 dozen there on AMZN! Thank you for your musical contributions and I sincerely hope you're back on your feet and feeling better soon!
My best wishes for you, Rob, for a speedy and full recovery.
