No blues violin yet? Seriously?
Nothin' says blues like getting a temporary release from prison to record your blues violin playing with Zappa on an old Little Richard tune.

Received this as a gift today, and just watched it. It's as well-made and hard-hitting a documentary as I've seen. Very sad, very moving---not just talking heads BS.

I love Ry Cooder. So varied and always tasteful. His phrasing is so musical and groovy plus still bringing it.
Albert Collins is underrated.
The tone here is plain nasty.
