McCoy Tyner style Pentatonic sequence with 5ths, forward motion,

This is a very cool way to play Gm pentatonic sequences with 5ths (actually pentatonic 4ths) but
demonstrating how to play these with forward motion (ALWAYS off of the beat) like McCoy Tyner.

I just wrote this exercise last night and I'm still learning to play it myself so the demo is not
perfectly played but I was excited to show you guys so I hope you get the gist!

I demonstrate it over various chord possibilities here which also give you an idea of the
possibilities of the minor pentatonic, i.e. it's not just for blues playing!

I'm using hybrid picking here but you can also play it with a pick. If you play with a pick,
try economy picking.

I've only played this exercise about 20 times and while the video shows it with hybrid, I love
the way it sounds with a pick.

Remember, I give private lessons so hmu if you're interested. More info on my website.
