Is anyone aware of a resource/book where it presents examples of modern chordal improvising as movements or options in various harmonic situations?

For example, on Juan Dhas' YouTubechannel, he talks about various "movements" you can do on a given chord, be it inner voice movements, bass movements or connecting inversions etc. This way of learning really suits me, for whatever reason. It's almost similar to the Barry Harris "rules" approach, where you are given a general framework that you can expand upon. Or other than big licks, it's simple little moves, or counterpoint ideas, that you can add to your playing and are clearly laid out?

And even outside of a modern approach, what are people's go to books for chordal playing?
