    Most of Hanon on piano the two hands are playing the same thing, so just playing the treble clef gets you the lines.

    Like some others I think of the major scale as a foundation. Pianists do Hanon to get their fingers moving among other reason. Guitar would be different. Learning a few of the good ones translates well to guitar though fingering will be a PITA.

    Here's one I like. I just go by ear or you can get the music;



    You can come up with nice lead ins to chords/turnarounds.
