Here's my last June submission. Couple of hick-ups, but it was pretty close to a single decent take. So, I chose it over slightly better individual takes.

Hey everyone who participated in this old thread, would you say you got ongoing value from from practicing these patterns?

I only made it so far before I dropped out due to health reasons. I would say the biggest benefit I got from working through the material was that it really boosted my familiarity with note locations on the inside strings. Before that, I was like, "Of course I know the notes on the fretboard."
