Here is Chuck's tele hollow general information.

The 20th Anniversary ones are special. "These are semi-hollow Teles that sound fabulous and the wood is incredibly special.
The body is highly figured Olive Ash with a one-piece Torrefied 5A Flame Rock Maple neck."

I have six of his builds I've collected well over a decade. They are the best. He stands behind his work, too. His instruments are of the highest quality.

He's a wood nerd on steroids. All of his guitars are built in his shop behind his home.

He's making 20 20th Anniversary instruments. Four are completed. This is my favorite of the four, but they are all stunning.

He's asking $4500.

That's a lot. What you get is an instrument that is built perfectly with the finest woods. Alternatively you could get several decent Teles for that amount.

Here's one that is not as fancy but should sound the same and be as good a build.
