Hi all. What do you think of the action on the Gibson tenor in the attached photo? I am having trouble getting a good look. Thanks!

Hard to tell on action, but the saddle looks high, so a lot of room for adjustment if needed.

I don't think there's any way to tell for sure from the pictures. I think I see some up-bow in the neck (which would at least partly explain high action), but my eyes could be playing tricks on me. Can you measure string-action height at the 12th fret and neck relief at the sixth and confirm that the truss rod works? With that info in hand it'll be easier to figure out what's going and have some indicators of whether the high action (if it is indeed high) is fixable via a set-up.

I should have made it clear, the guitar is in Maryland and I am in New England.
