What are the Reverb fees selling from Europe to the US?

Does anyone have experience with Reverb in selling gear from Europe to the US? What percentage do they usually charge and are there any additional international shipping costs they add?

For anyone selling gear to be shipped from Europe to the USA, please be aware of import duty on gear not originally Made in the USA and courier's handling charges. UPS and FedEx are fond of tacking on extra fees. These are borne by the importer. Something to let your USA buyer be aware of because of possible refusal to take delivery of goods, refusal to pay duty and miscellaneous fees. These things could cause a severe blowback on the hapless seller. Reverb is quick to side with the buyer. Caveat Venditor.
