Raezer's Edge Luna 200 vs 700 - Do they sound the same with just more volume?

Mark Kleinhaut has some great videos I found just now where he is demoing/comparing a few amps and he used a Clarus SL-R and a RE Luna 200R.
The Clarus is rated 600W and the Luna is 200W.

I see that RE also now has a Luna 700 at 700W, which would make that a stronger contender with more clean headroom and SPL available IF it still has the exact same tone character as the Luna 200.

Can anyone with experience with the 200 and 700 confirm it is identical with just a higher output?

RE uses the ICEPower amp module in Luna 200, and there's a 700W module as well. Probably the same preamp. I have the 200; it's not particularly loud but stays clean to the hilt. Reverb brings some hiss on higher settings.
