Tried a Pro Jnr IV today.
Sounded NICE with the tele. Real nice.
With a Gibson 275, sounded a little midrangey and 'pinched' but it grew on me as an unreconstructed jazz sound, and I reckon with a speaker swap would sound really good.
Kinda want one now.
So I don't have an embarrassing climb down, I'd say it's OBVIOUSLY the upgrade from III to IV lol.

I have both a Princeton reverb and a Pro Junior iv. I'm happy playing anything with both of them, but I prefer the Princeton for jazz and the pro Junior for blues. Although I did play a couple of jazz gigs with an archtop with the pro Junior and it sounded phenomenal.. didn't expect that!

The Pro Jr is the unsung great amp of the Fender line.
