Looks very nice, the woods on yours look very figured. The knobs can be changed easily, and the witch hats often are as they aren't popular. I would guess 70 or 71 for yours, simply because the pickup covers are not embossed, but the headstock design is pre 74. I will guess 71, as the ones from 1970 usually have the rod for the pickguard bracket.
