Up or Down

When you're playing a live gig, do you normally play sitting down or standing up.

Usually sitting down. Partly it’s the ergonomics, but with our last gig I didn’t want to detract from the singer, who was right next to me.

If we do a duo together, which might happen, I may stand next to her or at least on a raised stool, ala Tuck and Patti.
