ECM style composition written for my wife

SGL Eternity (for Sandra Lester) - Gibson Barney Kessel


This is another original composition of mine, expressing my love for Sandra Lester for eternity.


I'm playing a 60 year old Gibson Barney Kessel, through a Helix Stomp preamp, using the grammatico amplifier, EV12L cab.


Trying to push through my recent depression and breathing so deeply, knowing that Sandra will always love me, always in my corner, always by my side, always having my back.


Like Heart-Core, this song is influenced by the Manfred Eicher/ECM sound of Pat Metheny, Ron Miller, Ritchie Bierach, Marc Copeland, Herbie Hancock.


I couldn't come back from these periodic struggles with mood swings and mental health without all of you guys and without my amazing wife, Sandra Lester.

Thanks guys. Can't help but feel that my 175 would be better for these ecm influenced compositions but I have really enjoyed the kessel after getting it back from the shop.
