Complete Jazz Guitar by Fred Sokolow considered one of the best and easiest methods for chord melody - chord soloing.
From basic theory of chord substitutions and embellishement through some well known jazz standards, with notation, tab and chord grids, is one of the best, but out of print now.
Unfortunatelly I lost the audio cd that came with the book. If someone has the audio, I will so much appreciate if could send it to me!
