Edit: oh I see-it was including his name, I thought that was part of the title. The song was from his album Who Let the Cat's Out? The song is just called We're with You.

The song (title I think was 'we're with you') was written by Mike Stern & dedicated to Michael Brecker (r.i.p), who was being treated for leukemia.
