Roasted maple finger board & neck

I just need some info..Ibenaz az2204 (2018)

It has a roasted Maple neck & fretboard

how do I clean it..oil it ??

I am getting alot of different advice..even from Ibenaz !

Roasting maple does not alter the surface/outside except for the color , it feels the same as non-roasted maple. To clean it I took some fine steelwool (protect the pickups before you start !) and that was it- no oil , no wax was needed , I simply buffed the wood to a semi shine.
