    I think ice cream is just I vi ii V, but I swear I've seen it applied to I iii IV V too. Its doo-wop.

    Those of us who have dabbled in the bluegrass/fiddle tune world there is "Missouri Changes" whereby you can apply a I IV V to just about any fiddle tune.
