Yeah, that's another option - a "flat" speaker but no tweeter. Anyway I think it's possible to do a god tweeter design, it just takes more knowledge than the average guitar industry guy has, I guess....
I would like to know what qualifies as good wood. (besides figuring). Seriously.
Long and the short of it: Things that I wonder about: Is Reg's (from the forum) fundimental technique (the actual motion) that different from Cecil's or let's say Sebastien Giniaux's?
- I do hear a difference when I switch between a 1X12, 1X15, and 2X10 IR. Not drastic though. More of a tweak. Not like the difference in real speakers. - I wish I understood why a good PA...
If you have a G13 moving toward Cmajor and you decide to make it a G13b9, you play an Ab instead of an A. It's an adjustment of one note from the Cmajor scale or, if you prefer, G mixolydian. So,...

well it’s just easy to do and useful so it’s a tell tale of that school of technique, and of rest stroke players in general. Tal Farlow, Dan Wilson, George, Django, they all do it. You’ll see me do...
True, but having the hand under the strings and pulling the pick toward the hand with the downstroke does tend to favor (favour?) sweeping. I take your point though that it’s not a prerequisite. ...
