    Hm. It's swinging, its very nice, couldn't find it in realbooks old or new. Not considered a jazz standard?

    I tried to figure out the chords from Armstrong's version and this is what I got:

    INTRO
    || C Ebdim D- G7#9#5 ||

    A
    ||: C C C [C/E Ebdim] |

    | D- C#dim D- C#dim |

    | D- C#dim D- G7 |

    |1. C C#dim G9#11 :||

    |2. C [F G7] C (C)||

    B
    || F- Bb13 Eb C7 |

    | F- Bb13 Eb Eb |

    | E- G7 C- C- |

    | A- D7 G G7 ||
    A
    ||...........
    | C C D- G7 ||

    If you know it and find mistakes, please let me know.
    Thanks.

    The real book is not the arbiter of what counts as a jazz standard. I haven’t played General Mojo’s Well Laid Plan too much on pickup gigs.

    This song is definitely considered a standard.

    Look in the Internet Archive for a song book called „Film Songs Of The 90s“ which has a vocal/piano arrangement (probably based on the original sheet music). You have to log in with an account or a Google account to “borrow” that one.

    Also in the Internet Archive is the 10 volume “Million Dollar Library” fake book which has the tune-dex-card for this song (better log out before downloading that one).

    I googled the song name + ‘lead sheet’ and got this, don’t know if it’s accurate.

    Thank you!

    I googled a bit myself but can't ask questions about the chords there. And they got some differences as always.

    Here are my changes. Mostly the same but with a few tweaks I prefer.

    i play it like that but with a G7+ in bar one instead of the Dm

    So.. 1st bar.. Dm7, G7+ or F7.... G7 seems to fit with melody the most. By "fit" I mean safest.

    The Firehouse version has Fm at the end of "A". That sounds new to me.
