For the purposes of playing along, what albums do you like that don’t include a piano/organ/guitar in the recording?

I really like Two of a Mind by Paul Desmond and Gerry Mulligan.

I once saw Julian Lage talk about the benefits of playing along with albums and he demonstrated using A Night at the Village Vanguard by Sonny Rollins.

Grant Greene... can't remember the title.
He plays lines there only against bass

There was Round midnight on it

This is a Grant Green trio record, not sure if it’s the same one.

Jimmy Raney made some trio records, he does not tend to play chords much in a trio setting. E.g. Momentum, The Influence, But Beautiful.

Steve Lacy did a series of solo Monk recordings. Very challenging. If you can figure a way to comp these tunes (which is possible if your ear gets good), they're a master class in harmonic and melodic interplay.
Sonny Rollins's work in his latter years is also heavily steeped in the solo tenor genre.

Sonny Rollins - Way Out West.

3 tracks on Coltrane’s ‘Lush Life’ album have no piano (because the pianist didn’t show up!)
