In Praise of Bass Desires (Mick Goodrick) - Intro sheet music?

Not sure if this is the right to ask but does anyone know where to find the sheet music for the intro to Mick Goodrick's In Praise of Bass Desires? I saw it a couple of months back but I can't seem to find it anymore. I think it was in a context of an article he wrote for a magazine? But I might be wrong.
