I vote Dewey Square, leave Au Privave for Bobby’s blues thread and Anthropology for your Rhythm Changes thread.

    I never did learn Parker’s scrapple bridge…

I voted Anthropology but it doesn't matter much to me really. I would like to be on the same page as far as the sheet music (version) though, so if we could clarify source at the beginning that would be cool.

To be fair, the Parker heads are more involved than you know… Blue Monk or Oleo

I voted for Au Privave, which is now at 20%. So that's no help to break the 40/40 tie. Sorry 'bout that.
Basically, I think all three are worth knowing.

Yeah, they're all essential. Au Privave comes up at a jam I go to so it should be higher on my list, being in the local repertoire and all.

Needs a 'change vote' button. I'd switch to DS

I'm glad Au Privave lost, I hate that song. The catchy opening call and response and then the rest suck.

Vote for Bop Head Number 4 here: Bebop heads: no. 4

Yeah it's a contrafact to How High The Moon. Which is a staple in my band, so I want to eventually learn the Parker head for licks.

I voted for Chasing The Bird, it's neat with Parker and Davis playing different melodies.
