I have a A-150 Savoy exactly like yours. I prefer it by far to the other Korean guitars I have tried except for an Epi Regent Zephyr which I also have. They are pretty much on par with each other but the Guild is more aesthetically pleasing and the floater lets the acoustics out better than the Epi.

It is really well built and designed. And I do like the contrast of the floating pickup in that guitar to my inset pickup archtop guitar. Like you say, a more acoustic tone.
