D'angelico Excel SS in Europe

Offering my D’angelico Excel SS in excellent condition. Lightweight laminate semi-hollow features a body of strikingly flamed maple in a natural finish. The shallow C-shape bound maple neck joins the body at the 16th fret, the rosewood fretboard features 22 frets and block inlays. The guitar Is constructed with a small soundpost under the bridge. Produced in Korea (Unsung), I believe between 2015-17.


The headstock, harp tailpiece, Grover Imperial Rotomatic tuners, and multi-ply binding reflect the Deco style of the original D’Angelico guitars. The gold-plated Kent Armstrong humbuckers can produce a good mellow jazz tone (neck) or a brighter sound for blues, rock, and other styles.


The Excel is a very comfortable guitar to play. It’s lightweight, beautifully balanced and the neck has a great feel, not too slim, not to massive. The guitar is strung with Thomastik roundwound strings (12-50), and comes in its original case.


Asking 950€ + shipping cost. I would prefer to keep shipping in Europe, but will consider other offers. Collection in Northern Germany is also possible.
