I purchased this Soloway for a project a few months ago. The project is done and I am putting the guitar back on the market. Great guitar of course. I'll send a MP3 recording Jim did using this guitar if you shoot me a request.

Per the previous seller: One small filled ding on lower bout binding. One small indentation on back of neck. Some light rash on back. Overall very good condition.

Any pictures of : "One small filled ding on lower bout binding. One small indentation on back of neck."? What do the two photos of the guitar case depict? Before and after it was cleaned?

I tried to get a picture or two, but I guess with my lighting you just couldn't see the small dings. So here are a couple of pics by the guy who I bought the guitar from. His looks a little more clear than mine:

Regarding the pics of the case (pics 8 and 9, of the empty case)...

That is actually the same pic. I uploaded the picture, then realized I had uploaded a really large image, so I deleted it and uploaded a smaller version of the same image. Yet the forum did not delete the larger image, just auto-cropped it (?). I'm going to see if I can delete that larger version of the image, but in any case, it is the same photo.

Update: I deleted the larger version of the image, and it is gone from the main body of the original post, but the forum application kindly moved it to the end of the post as an attachment... The forum app acts a little wonky with images.

That's the finish that I dubbed "Loarburst". It was based on the finish on the backs of the Lloyd Loar mandolins. Instead of the center color out lining the profile of the body it's tear drop shaped and shades progressively darker outwards gradually shifting to the border color. We did a bunch of these with different tops and shapes and I never got tired of the concept. Loar really was a genius and a great inspiration for over a century.
