I have too many plank guitars around here, including two telecasters made by Brian Monty. I only need one fabulous tele made by Brian Monty, so this one is for sale. Built in 2019, it's as-new, and as fabulous, resonant and lightweight as they come. I got it from a friend of his, whose arthritis prevented him from really playing it. I pretty much grab every Monty tele that I can find - they are all fabulous, and I end up keeping the one with the biggest neck.

It has a 1-piece, spalted swamp ash body, maple neck, all made by Brian, with Gotoh tuners, Fralin pickups, Fender bridge, and compensated brass saddles. The neck is a fat C. It sounds and plays great. It weighs 6.89 pounds (!!!), It was built in 2019 and is in as-new condition.Take it away for $2,000, plus whatever shipping cost is required. Comes with a gig bag or a case - whichever you prefer. Come on down and buy it!

Unlike his original designs, Brian does not mark his F-style guitars. He only builds these on request and does not list or show them on his website. Last time I visited him, I brought along the two teles and he was kind enough to sign the backs of the headstocks in black Sharpie.
