I'm selling this beautiful Guild X-500 built in 1996. I'm only the second owner and purchased it this past year. The original owner kept it stored in his home in the case pretty much the whole time he owned. It was set up with D'addario Chrome 12's by my local luthier. There's some light finish checking, a blemish under a tuner on the headstock, and a small mark on the back. Asking $3100+shipping. Feel free to make me an offer.

Mighty handsome instrument! Good luck with the sale! Also, what is the little black knob?

Thank you! That is a Master Volume, standard on all of the X-500's.

I owned a’98 in Sunburst. It was my first big purchase at $1800. I sold it for $2900 a year later after moving up the guitar chain. Your blonde is gorgeous!

Thanks Man! Yes these instruments truly are works of art. They play and sound amazing. I'm just more of a semi hollow guy, only reason I'm selling.
