I saw this on Reverb: Eastman El Rey Jeff Hale Custom | James's Gear Outlet | Reverb

I actually used to own this guitar and it is a total custom job from it's origin. I bought it in 2012 when the original orderer backed out. As I recall he ordered a seven string as well, and only took the seven string.
The top is spruce, the back and sides are maple, custom color "firestorm", gunstock oil neck, Lollar Imperial humbucker, Spertzel locking tuners. custom finger rest and knobs.

I have no affilliation with the seller, it's not even the guy that I sold it too. (different town)

Just thought I would point it out in case it might help you with your search.

This one has been on Craig's List in Bend, Oregon, for a long time. It may not be actionable given the advertising venue, but thought I'd share it with you since it meets your specs. If there's a will there's a way. Cheers.

he says he's keeping it, that it plays too nice.

Sorry about that - hopefully he'll take-down that Craig's List ad. Good luck in the hunt.

I appreciate the lead. It was looking good for a second. It's bad enough when the buyers are tire-kickers but when sellers are too...

Steve’s Guitars in San Francisco has my old ER4, a fine instrument I got new from Guitars N Jazz. It’s on Reverb for $1750.

Thanks. Not a fan of the under-the-neck strap button. Kind of contributes to the top of the guitar falling away from you.

Here’s one that Real Guitars in San Francisco put up a few weeks ago. Just one photo and no info but I’ve had good experiences with them, might be worth a call. Good luck in the search.

seems way overpriced, particularly with that amount of wear.
