I feel that for different purposes of practicing different approaches are necessary. The more it's ticking per beat the more technical accuracy is necessary, while reducing it to a minimum, the inner sense of time gets schooled. I feel it's best to be able to go extreme in both ways.

Has this metronome model been updated and given a different name? Do you know if there is an equivalent that is currently being produced? After reading about it, it seems to be a very flexible machine, capable of all kinds of beats and sub-beats.

    Thanks.
