I have began creating BIAB Backing Tracks for Wes Montgomery Tunes.
If anyone is interested I am willing to provide you with the BIAB files.
Tunes I have so far are:

Jingles

how did you do the stop time in jingles and which version did you base it on

Version 2011 Give me your e-mail and I will send you the BIAB files.
Then you see for yourself how the stops are done.

What is the file format of BIAB? Anyone know if they can be converted to a straight audio file format?

you need biab but you can convert to wav or midi format

Yes, BIAB Files are converted to .mp3 or .wav when you are finished with the tune.
You can even save EACH TRACK of a file individually....

Example: bass only, drums only,piano only..... etc

YES you can convert to .midi .mp3 and .wav

My goal is to be able to play like that. In the livingroom to the classics (jazz classics). No one has to be around but it would be nice to play for my nephews.

Version 2011 & The stop times are done by using the Chord Hold & Chord Shot Features.
