Just stumbled onto this guy - got a lot on YT. I really like his approach. Anybody heard of him?

New to me, but what a very nice player. I like that he lets things ring and isn't just blasting 8th notes or 16th notes ad nauseum. And good tone with that ES 350.

I had not heard of him either, but I'm glad to know about him now. He seems to have a nice, refined touch. Doesn't overplay or milk things. And yeah, that's a nice and thunky ES-350, isn't it?

I'm a couple hours south of Tokyo. Maybe I can catch one of his gigs someday. Thanks for the link, Skip!
