I am more in love with traditional Jazz, so my favorite is his album called "East!"

He also has one where he is a sideman to a smoking organ player named Gene Ludwig, and the album is called Young Guns. You can hear a lot of his pet lines and phrases on it. Here is an example:

Here is a link to his home page with the discography.

    Enjoy..

Live At Yoshi's, of course, but the one I listen to all the time, and I do mean
All.The.Time., is Undeniable: Live At Blues Alley.

I recommend listening to all the albums Pat Martino played ... he was a guitar genius!

Agreed, all of them is a good choice.
I'd start w his debut as a leader, El Hombre (his actual debut was unreleased)
Check out his early recordings as a sideman in tenorman Willis Jackson's band and in organists Don Patterson, Jack Mcduff and Richard Groove Holmes bands, etc The Muse recordings are superb too and many subsequent later dates like the aforementioned Yoshis performance and 60's Young Guns.
But they're all great, Pat was a remarkably consistent player, never sounded less than amazing.
My personal favorite is Don Patterson's trio Christmas lp "Holiday Soul", big fat tone and soulful as the day is long
