Yeah, he's only been mentioned here a few times by others -- one of those guys who needs more press!

I'm a huge Brian Blade fan, and Brian and Romain were recently on an album together with bassist Jeff Denson, so that's how I stumbled upon him again! [This is a great album, too, BTW!]

Anyone has any ideas what strings he's playing? ..they look huuge although they sound very melodious , i.e. not like tree trunks
