I'm going to be the annoying member and only post great FEMALE jazz guitarists to the "players" section of the site. I started a couple of weeks ago, and I'll keep at it. There was a girl (still in high school, I wouldn't call a grown woman a "girl") in the local jam session I frequent. She sounded a hell of a lot better than I sounded at her age! I can't wait until we just call everyone musicians that deserves to be called musicians and not classify by gender. Unfortunately, we are STILL not at that point. I could go further, but I don't want to be called a "lib" and heckled at on a jazz guitar forum.
