I've never seen them, somewhat surprisingly since I saw most big punk/New Wave acts that came through Atlanta in the '80s, especially at 688 Club. (They were pretty ubiquitous on the stereos in the house where I lived though.)

Off the top of my head--REM, Pylon, Love Tractor, Gang of Four, the Clash, X, Wall of Voodoo, Echo and the Bunnymen.

X was quite memorable, as it was in a tiny club I can't remember the name to. I was about 4 feet from Billy Zoom's guitar, mighta gotten his sweat on me.

Ah, fun times, when music and life in general were so much simpler.
