I think it’s an analogue to visual design where negative space is the shape around the shapes, if you like.
Is it me or are the pickups on this guitar a bit hot? Would SD 59s tone it down?
I use a Rode NT1-A; a perfectly decent budget condenser mic that a lot of people use. Spring Chaconne (Baroque Improvisation) - YouTube
Maybe the estate sale company just has a different scale in their mind. What is the worth of an average estate? Depends but tens of thousands? Hundreds of thousands? Compared to the worth of a...
Someone is going to get a great guitar at great price!:smile-new:
Are you looking for an alternative to your amp? You do mention that you like the squishiness on your Vibrolux. I have an amp based on that circuit and find the 6L6 power tube and GZ34 rectifier combo...

I REALLY wish we could have used transporter technology (any Trekkies out there?) and brought you all together to have done this together every day for an hour. There's so much that goes into making...
Here's another one. I prefer it slow because I can think but it could equally be done faster. There's quite a lot in here including altered and lydian sounds. I tended to break after every 8 bars...
Ive had good luck with T.C. Jauernig Luxury Drive set to a minimum setting. It seems to open up the frequencies and sag slightly. They usually can be found used for under $100:smile-new:
