    Im working through Summertime on this site with the lesson provided. Is there any way to slow down the backing track? Once im fluid with things it would sound great. But trying to solo at full speed makes it hard to follow and think on what to do.

    I use "Transcribe" and I'm very happy with it,

    Audacity (freeware) lets you slow down any audio file.

    There is also apps called Capo and Anytune that I have used.

    You could also put the chords into iReal pro and manipulate the tempo that way
