A backing track & lead sheet are listed below. The backing track is a BIAB Real Tracks Bill Evans style and has a 4 bar intro and 3 choruses with a standard ending. Have fun with this song!

I play it in the style of Chet Baker...

chord melody once through then single string improvisation..and if I feel like it or the crowd is into it I'll play wes montgomery octaves for a chorus or two...

    time on the instrument...

Very cool. It's hard to keep that stuff together solo, nice work!

I like to listen to vocal versions of new tunes whenever possible, here's a good one at a pretty laid back tempo.

delay and reverb. Listening again the the recording I'm not so happy with my playing, but I thought the tone was good for that kind of thing.

So for this month, and something completely different, ... in the end I even play the first 4 bars of melody ...

Vladan, I was looking forward to another nice ride in the Serbian or Croatian countryside, but instead, I got your shirtless torso! Ugh! At least it was covered up with a nice looking telecaster ;-)

This used to be one of my favorite tunes to play. Still is! Here's a version with some of my friends I recorded a while ago. Joe Gilman, my long time compatriot on piano, Michael Stephans, a great drummer who plays with Dave Liebman, Benny Maupin, Vic Juris and a bunch of folk, Chris Symer on bass and yours truly on guitar. Hope you like it!

I reckoned, nudity sell records, as long as I don't purposly show my nipple on super bowl.

    Hey Howie,

I really like this - it's obvious you're following your ear, which is something that seems missing in some "improvised" music. I could listen a long time to stuff played your way : )

    Post more and more.
