Scof' sound has never been bad for me - quite the opposite.
Nobody plays with a feeling like Scof.
Open your ears, I play better, my wife said it.
She also says I'm a phenomenon.

My wife likes my playing so much she's letting me soundproof the basement.

My wife doesn't like me playing at home - she prefers me playing concerts.

She likes both but largely prefers when I play live with people because I'm more enthusiastic and I transmit it.

it’s not foolproof - you could set a looper pedal going, then climb out of the window...

The bebop kicks off at about 2.05. Some nice stuff from the piano.

    Hi there,
sorry to recover this old post. I just wanted to tell you that I have been working of the first chorus by now and I have it clear on my mind. I could not have done it without your help. Grahambop, your soundcloud file was extremely helpful. I have it bookmarked it for reference. I am very grateful to you and all the members who tried to help. I confirm, that of all the new guitar players I consider Mike Moreno the one who represents most my ideal style. I feel he is quite close to what a jazz guitar solo should be. I realize that there are other great players like Lage Lund and so on, but it's different. I am not fascinated by them. Of course this is all personal preference and beauty is extremely subjective. It is what we perceive and we are all different. Jazz music is just great. Have a nice day, you all!!! Ciao Enrico

Maybe one of the reasons that you were finding it hard to follow is that during his first couple choruses he doesn't emphasize the Major to Minor shift in the first four bars which is one of the touchpoints to learning how to solo on that song. Rather he plays the minor chord in bars 3 and 4 and then returns to single line soloing bar 5-ish. Anyway, that was something I noticed.
