Yes, it's a Forshage! I'm very happy with it too.

In regards to building lines without an instrument. I found the best way for me is to do this is piece-meal right now. So I hear a line, and then play it on the guitar (or keyboard) and then write it down. In other words I'm not quite there for working without an instrument for an entire 12 bars. I'm having to do it in chunks.

Much different ideas than I come up with using a guitar!
