George Benson's Secret of 2 chords help

I am studying the George Benson's secret of the 2 chords and there is a thread in the forum from 2020 that one of the members posted a harmonic regions analysis of TWNBAY, but the google docs post expired. Does anybody has a copy of this PDF, or does anybody has another analysis of a standard applying the harmonic regions concept?
