I have been using this 5 finger picking technique for about three years. A lot of progress has been made. ATTYA.

I think a good web camera is needed.

I know it's a very niche technique, not for everyone, but if anyone is interested, I learned the technique from this book "Right-Hand Studies for Five Fingers by Charles Postlewate".

The author's book title does seem to be a little bias, I'm sure left handed finger style players can use the book too.
