I don't, sorry. The hot/cold soak soak and nail trimming worked for me. I will also be downsizing my strings by one step in the near future. 12s to 11s. I have come to realize that my younger days are over and if I want to play I need to adapt. No big deal.

I have this same thing happening in the middle finger of my fretting hand but I think it's either a bruised nerve or a bone bruise. The crazy thing is that I used to string my guitars with 12's and this never happened. Now that I'm using 10's, it happens more frequently. I'm going to see a hand doctor once this COVID-19 pandemic subsides.
